To be art, it is sufficient that the "thing" being discussed is
made/organized/discussed/examined/documented or otherwise recognized by a human.
Nothing lacking human interaction is art YET.
To be music, it is sufficient that the "thing" being discussed is composed
of/based on/or otherwise related to sound or the absence thereof.
Nothing lacking interaction with sound or absence of sound is music.

Tom worked as a building contractor before he joined the orchestra. He used to run a one-person company and his business card stated the Company President as his title. The name of his company was “Liberty Construction.” When he joined the orchestra, he enjoyed wearing a costume that reminded him of the old times.
