They were in charge of annual parties for the orchestra. They had everything, from costumes to furniture for rent, lists of menus, templates for invitations, party supplies, decorations, ideas for over 200 party themes: for kids birthdays, holidays, and event theme parties. The biggest problem was always music, as their reputation made every musician to join the party, rather then to perform there.
