A Mind’s Eye

As the saying goes, the eye is a mirror of a soul. A person’s eye could reflect one’s geographical origin despite the stories we learn about one’s current place of residence, one’s accent, expression, pronunciation, or body language. We may detect a psychological breeze of an ocean in mountaineer’s eyes and vice versa, if we are brave enough to zoom into a talker’s eye.

In a journey to a goal that is chosen and destined, it is not clear which of our actions and journeys would become meaningful and which crump would dominate. We may even translate what we see into a landscape, or a story of someone’s life, origin, and experience as a comprehensive image that summarizes one’s own experience without being shaped as a human eye.
