Canopy  

City life surrounds us and closes above our heads.
We have to push for space amongst buildings.
Speed is a necessity (pizza is paid for if on time),
we compete for a taxi, a table, a parking space,
and run to a metro station without knowing if the train is approaching.
From the canopy of buildings we escape under the canopy of trees in majestic forest,
until we learn, from our own experience
or from the David Attenborough’s programs, how much life of tropical forest can resemble our own.
