People in power, inventors, artists, fashionable actors, rulers, or other leaders of social structure create a cloud. Bigger letters can depict swarm when more tweets are present. Cloud computing and individuals organizing it all, from members through data create cloud forming.
Swarm can have a queen with members gathering around fulfilling their duties
