They have been happy for
years, despite the fact they had different taxonomies. This wasn’t really
noticeable difference, but it took lots of their time, for simple reason, that
each of them classified and organized things differently. Often, one could
hear them replying “it’s in it’s own place”, or “it’s
in the usual place”, or “you’ve put it into a safe place”,
or “your hands classify things without any help of your brain” Looking
for and searching were two quite important and time-consuming activities at
their home. They came to an agreement to categorize and label all objects and
to store them in an alphabetical order. For example, in the kitchen, spoons
were placed after knives, following the forks. The problem was all those objects
could all be classified as utensils and knives kept disappearing into the workshop
area.
