The Orchestra will play music composed by
a lute and/or violin player Ryan to a motion picture “Rats.” Nobody
can predict which instrument he'd bring this time, which always makes
the planning part harder, but it's woth it. Greg has
not been excessively overworked in the orchestra since he switched to
playing glasses due to a loss of his legs, and he wrote a screenplay
for the movie. It is based on his little illustrated book “Rats”that
he has just published online. It is a piece of wordplay, an absurd story
about rats, a hen, and other creatures, drawn and written to be amusing
rather than serious. In a short movie, all characters are animated and
put in circumstances that form the world within which they live. The
music composed by Ryan is playful and dynamic. It is quite a new experience
for musicians who used to play classical music. “Rats” took
over major cities, people say.
