Rob the pianist did not come to a party thrown by Lorenzo because his right hand was ailing him. He had practiced so hard for the very competitive international piano contest (on Frederic Chopin's music interpretation) that he began to suffer terribly. It appeared he had developed a carpal tunnel syndrome, but that did not stop him at all. With a lot of ice at hand, he continued to prepare himself for the competition. He knew he was a strong candidate for a prize. He knew the aura of winning. It was beyond any level of understading. It was like any single detail would go the best way possible. Every key would respond right, and every finger would know when and how to touch the surface. There would be no mention of any pain in his winning performance. Rob knew his aura of loosing too, when one single fact could trigger next unwanted situations, the words becoming hurtful, and the sounds not collaborative. This time however, he knew his aura was a good one. Mustic: Yukatan Trio by Robert Ehle |

There once was a gal
named Louise,
Who was hooked on tickling the ivory keys. So, choosing to not exercise each finger, She quit her job
as a guitar-strumming singer.
And instead played the piano to please. by Doug Falter
